Jerry T. Treadwell, age 60, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Friday, September 24, 2021. Jerry was born June 6, 1961.
Graveside service for Jerry will be held, 12:00 pm, Friday, October 8, 2021, at Sutherland Park Cemetery, 4201 Millersville Road, Indianapolis, Indiana.
Interment will follow at New Crown Cemetery, 2101 Churchman Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana.
