31 of Indianapolis, passed away November 26, 2011 surrounded by her loving family. She was born January 7, 1980, in Indianapolis. She had a great love and collection of angels. Kati is survived by her beloved son Lucas Willoughby, best friend Matthew Willoughby grandparents Paul and Sonja Neuner, sister Kelly Leo, several aunts, uncles and cousins. She is preceded in death by her mother Theresa Ann Leo. Memorial service will be Thursday, December 1st at 2 pm at Feeney-Hornak Shadeland Mortuary, with visitation beginning at Noon.
