was born on October 6, 1964 in Greenwood, Mississippi to parents James Neal, Jr. and Betty Neal. John’s hobbies included traveling, photography, creating home movies (as he was a Star Trek fan), culinary cooking, attending festivals and spending time with family.
In July 2002 he united in holy matrimony to his best friend, Raemina Penick, and they were married twelve years.
John’s leadership and analytical skills were used in the business field of corporate finance, where he enjoyed serving in analyst and management roles for Bank One and National City Bank, along with being a member of the National Urban Bankers Association.
He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife, Raemina Neal; parents, James and Betty Neal; brothers, Tim Neal, Christopher Neal (Neisha), Edward Stewart (Vanessa); grandmother, Bernice Cholyer-Neal. His grandfather preceded him in death.
