His father, Elbert Wills, mother, Lucille Poindexter preceded him in death.
He leaves to cherish his memory, wife, Dorothy Wills, sons, Leslie Wills, Dale Wills, Louis Owsley, Tony Owsley, Mario Braston, daughters, Wanda Smith, Tonya Buck, LaKeisha Braston, a host of grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
His visitation will take place on Saturday, October 17, 2015, 10am - 12pm, with the Homegoing Celebration commencing at 12pm at Progressive Missionary Baptist Church. His burial will take place in Washington Park North Cemetery.
