A visitation for Joyce will be held Friday, January 26, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Williams & Bluitt Funeral Home Peoples' Chapel, 5252 East 38th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, followed by a celebration of life at 12:00 PM.
