Joyce was a member, assistant administrator and teacher with Lakeview Church.
Joyce is survived by her children; Sharon (Terry) Sharp, Patrick (Sherry) McCartney, Edward (Tammy) Randolph, and Tonya Randolph, sister; Katie (Dennis) Otto, 16 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and great- great grandchild. She is preceded in death by her husband; Howard Randolph, children, Howard Randolph Jr., Tina Carter, Rosanna Scott, and Randall Randolph, and brothers; Billy, Ronald and Darrell Appleget.
A visitation for Joyce will be held Tuesday, July 2, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Family Funeral Care-Rockville West, 5791 Rockville Rd, Indianapolis, Indiana 46224, with a funeral service at 2:00 PM.
Joyce will be laid to rest in West Ridge Park Cemetery, 9295 W 21st St, Indianapolis, Indiana 46234.
