Kevin was a cook at I.U. Health. He was a US Navy Veteran, member of Crossroads Church and played bass with the Praise Team. He loved to dance and be with his friends and family, he also enjoyed sports , especially Philadelphia Eagles, they were his favorite team.
Kevin is survived by his wife; Nicole Chapman, parents; Harold (Eleanor) Chapman, parents-in-law; Scott (Sherry) Kellett, step-children; Blake (Kyra) Davis, Conner Davis, and Emma Baker, sisters; Norma (Scott) Callahan, and Linda (Jerry) Mann, sister-in-law; Shawna (Sammy) Gideon, step father-in-law; Glen Bolen, 4 nephews, and a niece.
