Mr. Larry M. Phelps Sr., age 72, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Friday, January 24, 2025.
A visitation for Mr. Larry M. Phelps will be held Friday, February 7th, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Church of the First Born Saints, 2909 E 28th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46205, followed by a celebration of life service at 11:00 AM.
