LaTanya Carol Parker, 59, Indianapolis, went home to be with her Lord on January 3, 2016.LaTanya was a member of Living Water Fellowship Church. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Indiana Wesleyan University with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting. Her career was inAccounting, Human Resources, Taxation and Payroll. She had been employed previously at the Center of Indianapolis, Shiel Sexton Company, Citizens Energy Group and Ascension Healthcare. She was preceded in death by her father, Claude Douglas, Sr. and brother, Tony Douglas. She leaves to cherish her life and celebrate her memory, love of her life and loving husband, James H. Parker; mother, Yvonne Thomas-Cooper; siblings: Claude "Butchie" Douglas, Jr., Eric Cooper, Terri Douglas and Chan Cooper and an extremely large and loving extended family and wonderful group of friends.The visitation will take place on Monday, January 11, 2016, 10am - 12pm, with the Homegoing Celebration commencing promptly at 12pm at True Vine Missionary Baptist Church. The entombment will immediately follow at Washington Park North Cemetery.
