She attended Arsenal Technical High School in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Higgins, brother in-law Doug Higgins, George W. Allen, sister in-law Kimberli Allen and Georgina M.

Funeral services will be held at 12pm on September 21, 2024, at Crown Hill Funeral Home with Pastor Phyllis Wilkins of Greater Love Ministries officiating. Burial will follow at Crown Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery. All arrangements are by Crown Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery.
