Momma, so many people miss your sweet self. I know Dad misses his little woman. We’ll see you again one day. I try to think of the absolute joy you must be feeling. So glad you left us, surrounded by loved ones and not in a facility, like so many others. We were very blessed to have you in our lives for so many years. I hope you’re reunited with your Mom, that you lost at such a young age and the many others that went before you. I also hope you are with your baby brother, that has since passed. I Love you & miss you, my sweet Momma, friend, confidant, and traveling companion.

I was privileged to meet and serve Mable and Bob during several weeks before Mable went home to Heaven. She was always so pleasant and we enjoyed listening to hymns together. Bob has given me several of Mable’s Christian songbooks. I shall rejoice as I play or sing them as I remember this dear saint and her beloved Bob. 

Mable my sweet wife, our life together for 45 years of our marriage, and 8 years of going together were the best years of my life. I never would dream that our life would end this way. But God saw that you were tired, and saw fit for you to go home with him.  And in his time I will meet you again someday. With all my LOVE forever, your loving husband-Bob


Mable Wilson was a truly beautiful soul. She adorned the gospel with love, grace, compassion, and generous acts of kindness to everyone in her life. I was her pastor for 11 years at University Heights Baptist Church and it was truly a privilege. She and husband Bob were an example of true Christlikeness to all who knew them.  They were humble and teachable--they worked hard at being equipped for ministry. I rejoice in her "promotion" to heaven but we are diminished by our loss of her extraordinary spirit. What a joy to have known her!

I love and miss you so much. I know you would want us to stay strong but this is the hardest thing we have ever had to do. I know you are fully alive there in heaven and watching over us rejoicing with your passed family. We will miss you dearly grandma. You were the sweetest, most kind, loving women I’ve ever known, and I hope one day I can be half the women you were.  I love you grandma. Rest easy in heaven 

So very sorry to read of Mable's passing. She was always so friendly to us,(my mother Belle Rollins)thought the world of Bob and Mable. My sympathies to the Wilson family.



A friendship that began approximately sixty years ago in the Western Electric employment office, that grew into a sisterly love that very few people have the privilege to share in their lifetime.
There are so many memories from our going together each week to the House of James to get our hair set; to us snapping beans on our
driveways.
We have shared love stories and tragedies and every time we were together it was an adventure without end.
You taught me so much as we grew into our older adulthood and I will cherish each memory as long I live.

I'm grateful to have had an amazing grandmother as I did. She was so caring and loving. My heart hurts that she isn't on this earth anymore. I do however take comfort in knowing she's with passed loved ones again and she can once again be herself. I couldn't of asked for a better person to have raised my mother, aunts and uncles. I look forward to the day that I can see her again. I love you with all my heart grandma!

I will always remember Mable singing in our choir at GracePoint.  She was faithful and always so happy to be singing praises to our Lord Jesus Christ.  She was a beautiful spirit and will be missed so much.  Her smile was so beautiful and she was always filled with great joy.  She will be missed so much.  Blessings and Sympathy to her family.  Although we did not know the children we sincerely loved Mable and Bob.

Enjoyed singing in choir  together, you could feel  her love of singing praises and glory to our lord . Will miss singing with her, but the lord has now added a other heavenly voice to his choir in heaven . 


Momma is unavailable, she has forwarded her mail to heaven in care of Jesus. She will be singing in the heavenly choir, as we all know she loves to sing. God was nice enough to loan her to us, but it was a term loan. She finished her required tasks, including spreading much joy to those who knew and loved her. She now resides in the beautiful room he prepared for her. I Love ❤️ you My precious psalms 31 Mother. Thank you for loving me so well. Look forward to seeing you again, when my work on earth is through.

So many memories so much laughter, but that’s what large families are about.  She brought our family a large tent to use for a summer when part of our house burnt and while Dad (her brother Don) was building a new addition.  Caring, on my many  appointments in Indianapolis she would take the time to leave her office and come and say Hi, hug me and tell me “ you got this” head back to work or on to her family.  Aunt Mabel “You got this” as  Jesus gives you a  welcome hug in heaven . Love and hugs, Sharon 

Mable was a very special woman.  I will never forget the time we shared together in the kitchen as she taught me to make potato salad, chili and candy.  She didn't just tell me what to do, she showed me how to do it.   I think she did that with everything in life, trying to set examples of how we should live and love life.  She helped form and change many lives of those she met, and she shared with everyone her love of Jesus.  I know she is with her Lord now singing praises to him.  Mable will be missed by everyone who was blessed to know her.  RIP Mable, until we meet again.  Sandy 

I met this beautiful lady through her daughter, my very good friend Sally Rice. I remember that she was always smiling. She always had her hair done, her makeup on,  and dressed so nicely. She was kind to me everytime we met and welcomed me into her home like an old friend. I know that her family loved her dearly, and I was honored to know her. Sincere condolences from myself and my family.

I remember all the fun times when aunt Mable and the family came to Texas.  We went to the beach and played badminton.  She was always smiling and enjoying life.  She was such a pleasure to be around.  

The family reunions in Indiana were great too.  I always looked forward to seeing everyone each year, especially aunt Mable and cousins etc.  It is heart felt to know she is gone .  She will be truly missed by everyone that has known her.
