Marcia passed away in peace on Sunday July 31st. Marcia was a devoted Mother, Grandmother, favorite Aunt and true friend. The world is not as nice of a place without her, but those who knew her are better for it. Marcia taught yoga for 40 years, loved tennis, swimming, mahjong, opera and being with friends and family. She is survived by her three sons Richard, Edward and Joseph, grandchildren Maxwell, Samuel and Sophie, sister Sandra Borns and her six nephews and nieces Stephanie, Betsy, Emily, Nancy, Bobby and Susan.
Marcia had many favorite charities too numerous to name here and she wouldn’t want to waste the money listing them anyway.
In lieu of a formal service the family invites relatives and friends to join in a celebration of Marcia’s special life at her home on Wednesday August 3rd from 1-5 P.M.(9344 Golden Leaf Way). In lieu of flowers please make donations to your favorite charity in her name. She would have wanted it that way.
