Marcia Ann White

58, of Indianapolis passed away on September 1, 2011. She was born on December 29, 1952 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Paul J. and Ruth J. Sherlock. Marcia enjoyed giving to others, especially those less fortunate. As Marcia was a loving, caring and giving person, she endured great pleasure in making people feel warm and accepted. She worked for Met-Pro Corporation / Dean Pump Division as senior purchasing agent. She was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church and the Moose Lodge # 17. Marcia is survived by her beloved son Christopher M. White, a special friend Nicole Hines, and her 4 legged granddaughter Kendall, siblings: Maryellen and Mike Huggins, Walt Linne, John and Aunt Sue Linne, Gary and Leanne Sherlock, Jerry Sherlock, Larry and Sharon Sherlock, Janet Sherlock, Paul and Belinda Sherlock, several nieces and nephews, special friends Jeannie Keller, Jill Westhead, Mayme Gard. A Celebration of Marcia’s Life will be Sunday September 4th at 4 pm at Feeney-Hornak Shadeland Mortuary, with family receiving friends from 1 – 4 pm. Special thank you to Marcia’s caregivers Dr. Birhiray, Dr. Dugan, the staff at St. Vincent Cancer Center and her many friends at Dean Pump. Marcia could not ask for better people.
