86, died January 13, 2018. She was born November 28, 1931 in Indianapolis to Charles and Bridget Fawcett O’Donnell of County Donegal, Ireland. She was the secretary for the Department of Revenue and IPD, retiring in 1996. She was a member of St. Philip Neri Catholic Church the L.A.O.H. Mary Jo is survived by her husband Terrence “Terry” O’Hara, daughters, Kathleen (Dan) Pierce, Sheila O’Hara, Margaret “Peggy” (Jim) McLinn, Eileen (Al) Alford, and Anne (Ron) Frick, sons Sean (MaryAnn), Terrence, James (Natalie), Charles (Monica), Dennis (Marianne) and Thomas (Chris) O’Hara, 25 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her sister Cathleen Moody, brothers Charles O’Donnell, James O’Donnell and grandson Stephen McLinn. Visitation will be Saturday, January 20 from 10 am - 12 pm at St. Philip Neri Catholic Church with a Mass of Christian Burial at 12 pm. In lieu of flowers memorials in Mary Jo’s name may be made to St. Philip Neri Catholic School or Church. Services entrusted to Feeney-Hornak Shadeland Mortuary.
