Mattie Halliburton

Mattie Lee Halliburton was born in Gould Arkansas, to Marshall and Ethel Mae Jones on November 28, 1939. She was the youngest of 8 siblings. She attended Dumas High in Dumas Arkansas. She married the love of her life, Willie C. Halliburton in Dumas Arkansas in July of 1958. She worked as a welder at Bridgemen Casting Center for several years, before becoming a stay at home mother and wife.

Mattie Halliburton is preceded in death by her husband, Willie C. Halliburton, her son, Willie C. Halliburton Jr., brothers, Eddie Lewis, Clifford Jones, Marshall Jones, Marion Jones, and Jimmy Lee Jones, sisters, Tyree Carter, Mae Wright.

Mattie Halliburton leaves to cherish daughters, Denise Bledsoe and Velma Halliburton both of Indianapolis, grandchildren, Dondrell Tucker, Parnell Rogers, Louis Bledsoe, Samara Bledsoe, all of Indianapolis, Markiese Halliburton of Michigan, Andre Tucker of San Antonio, TX, 2 great grandchildren, Brothers and Sisters in love, Lucendia Hall, Cleo (Shirley) Halliburton of Michigan, Murriel Brown, Don (Latuessa) Halliburton, Dwight Halliburton of Arkansas, Jenette Roscoe of Texas, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A visitation for Mattie will be held Saturday, November 5, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM at Crown Hill Funeral Home & Cemetery, 700 W. 38th St., Indianapolis, Indiana 46208, followed by a funeral service at 12:30 PM.
