

Merril Kenneth Craddock (Kenny), known in Indianapolis, IN. as Elder Craddock of Living Water Fellowship Church. Kenny was originally from Weston, Missouri, and the eldest son of 13 children born to Clarence Merril & Missionary Elnora Craddock.
Born on June 21, 1939, Kenny was a sports enthusiast and excelled in football, basketball, track and even participated in the Kansas City Golden Gloves Boxing Tournament while in high school. He received several college sports scholarship offers but after graduating from Glennon Catholic High School in 1958, he joined the Air Force serving 20 years. After retiring from the Air Force, Kenny worked for the United States Post Office and retired after 20 years. Kenny accepted Christ at a young age and lived his life loving people as Christ loved the church, he was very active in the community with the old and young. Also, he kept a positive word and a scripture for anyone he met, he was also in support of spreading the good word every chance he got. In 1978 Kenny was ordained officially as a Minister honorable Bishop Damon Roach of First Christian Missionary Baptist Church, of Indianapolis, IN. Kenny served with his whole heart in his most recent years as an Elder of the church at Living Water Fellowship Church under the direction of Pastor Kim and Steve Outlaw. He was a leader in the Praying Hands Ministry, as well as other rolls in the church.
Kenny departed this life on Tuesday, May 18, 2021; at 81 years old. He was preceded in death by his parents Clarence Merril Craddock and Missionary Elnora Nancy Scott. Siblings, Beulah Craddock, Harriet Craddock (Dottie), Leta Craddock, Edward Craddock (Red), William Craddock, Clarence Craddock, James Craddock, and Phillip Ford.
Kenny leaves to mourn his passing, two daughters Felecia and Monique Craddock as well as two sons, Frank Smith, and Marcus Craddock. He also leaves 8 grandchildren, Charles (Blake), Lorene, Jayden, Ellis, Elise, Chloe, Malique and Makhi, to help carry on his legacy.
A man that loved his family also left to cherish two brothers, George Lee Craddock Sr., and Harry Earl Craddock. As well as two sisters, Nina Daisy Craddock- Golden and Diane Elizabeth Craddock both in famed “Craddock Sister” Gospel Singing Group. Kenny also leaves a multitude of nieces and nephews.
Over the years, Kenny touched many lives. He will be missed dearly by anyone who knew him.
