A devoted husband to his wife Shelley and a wonderful father and grandfather who truly lived his values, Mike shared life lessons that have enriched so many others he connected with. He and Shelley were volunteers for Habitat for Humanity and helped countless families in need build homes and communities.
Mike always made you feel welcome when you were in his presence, and went out of his way to make sure everyone was having a good time. He had a love for life, family, golf, fishing, and Notre Dame football. His sense of humor was unparalleled and his storytelling was captivating. Mike’s ability to find humor in the most difficult times was one of his trademarks – he had a way of making you realize everything would be okay.
Mike is survived by three sons, Michael J. Glenn (Sherrie), Daniel A. Glenn (Shannon) and Matthew T. Glenn (Lia); and two grandchildren. Mike was preceded in death by his wife, Shelley Grant Glenn.
Charitable contributions can be made to Habitat for Humanity in Mike’s name.
Arrangements for a celebration of life will be made in the future.
