Mr. Andra Earl McNeil, 25, Huntington, West Virginia, passed away in Louisville, Kentucky on the morning of February 1, 2016. Andra was originally from Flint, Michigan and then moved to Indianapolis. He had most recently been a resident of Huntington, West Virginia.His visitation is Wednesday, February 10, 2016, 10am - 12pm, with the service starting at 12pm at Eastside Seventh Day Adventist Church, 3243 N. Sherman Drive, Indianapolis, Indiana. The interment will immediately follow in New Crown Cemetery.
