William was born in Gallitin, TN on October 31, 1936, the son of the late Thomas Harper and Emma Lee ickman. He Soldier in the U.S. Air Force. He was the husband of Helen A. Harper. William is survived by a sister; Antionette Brown and a brother; Ricky Rickman. Funeral Services at Crown Hill Funeral Home, Indianapolis, IN, at 1pm on Friday, May 22nd, 2009.
