72, Indianapolis, passed away August 12, 2011. He retired as a Skill Trades Supervisor from Allison Transmission. He is survived by his wife, Josephine E. Latham; daughters, Tonia Booker, Colette Owens (Greg), Cori Latham; son, Colin L. Latham; 16 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Irene Hardy Virginia, Carrie Crowe, Marinda Ruffin; brothers-in-law, Kenny, Elliot, and vincent Ruffin, Arthur Smallwood; god-daughters, Trinity Wigham, Brooke Murray; and a host of extended family, friends, and Northside New Era Baptist Church family.
