of Indianapolis, passed away March 16, 2014. He leaves to cherish his precious memory his wife, Pearly M. Miller; son, Frederick Leon Miller, Jr. (Leatha); daughters, Debra Elizabeth Miller and Cecelia Eleanor Rowley; brother, Howard Miller; sister, Helen Jackson (Phil); close friend/sister, Eleanora "Snookie" Young; 8 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other extended relatives and the neighborhood village.
