She was a retired Administrative Assistant at Methodist Hospital and had previously worked for Dr. Kenneth Gray and Dr. Joseph Kerlin. Patricia was a member of Speedway United Methodist Church, United Methodist Women, P. E. O., Speedway Women's Club, and Forever Friends.
Patricia is survived by her husband Richard H. Small, two sons Douglas W. Small (Lynn) and Kevin R. Small (Susan), a sister, Myla Parks (John), her grandchildren Kristina Murrietta (Wayne), Anne Gregory (Leo), Steven Small (Heather), Jonathan Small and David Small and her great-grandchildren Alexa and Matthew Murrietta and Seneca and Liam Gregory.
Funeral Services will be in Speedway United Methodist Church 5065 W. 16th at 1:30 pm on Thursday, May 7, 2009 where friends may call at the church from 11:00 am -1:30 PM. Memorial contributions may be made to Speedway United Methodist Church. Entombment will be in Crown Hill Cemetery.
