

81, beloved mother, sister and friend passed away peacefully at Ruth Lilly Hospice on January 6, 2010. She was born on August 25, 1928 in Indianapolis, Indiana, the youngest daughter of Norma (Schissel) and Fredrick Matzke. She graduated from Broad Ripple High School and maintained lifelong relationships with classmates. She was a devoted wife, mother and homemaker. After her children were grown, she was employed by College Life Insurance Company and was a special "lunch lady" in Pike Township Schools. She was an active member of Fairview Presbyterian Church. She loved spending time with her family, her church, travel, bird watching, and puzzles. She is survived by daughters, Kathleen (Robert) Hall, Sally (Richard) Copenhaver, Marianne (Stephen) Buschmann, granddaughters, Kristi Buschmann, Sarah Buschmann and Cassandra Copenhaver, sister, Katharine Sullivan and many nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas L. Wilcox, daughter Rebecca Wilcox and sister, Phyllis Boswell.
Services will be held on Monday at 12:00 P.M. in the Crown Hill Funeral Home Chapel with calling from 10:30 A.M. until the time of service. Entombment Crown Hill Cemetery.
