Mrs. Willie Ruth Baker, 67, Indianapolis, passed away on August 27, 2015. She was a member of Progressive Missionary Baptist Church.
Her son, Ronn Watkins, father, Willie B. James, mother, Elsie Morris- James preceded her in death.
She leaves to cherish her memory, sons, Bryant Watkins, Rubin Moffatt, sisters, Dorothy Wills, Juanita James- Lamb, 7 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, host of other relatives and friends.
Her visitation will take place on Saturday, September 5, 2015, 10:30am- 11:30am, with the Homegoing Celebration commencing at 11:30 am at Progressive Missionary Baptist Church.
