Phillip D. Dullen 33 of Indianapolis, passed away Wed. October 23, 2013. Phillip leaves to cherish his memory, mother, Diane Dullen; father, Michael Waterford of New Orleans, LA; two sons, Elijah Dullen and De'Anthony Gomillia; daughter, P'rhyss Ingram, grandmother, Barbara Dullen; two brothers, Darrell Stewart and Terrell Treadwell of Alanta, GA; two sisters, Krystal Dullen and Kandice Waterford of Richmond, CA; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends. He always referred to Kieha Harris as his daughter. Phillip had a "Special Friendship" with Sierra Powell.
Funeral Service will Be held Friday, November 1, 2013 12:00 Noon at Williams & Bluitt Funeral Home Peoples Chapel 5252 East 38th. Street with calling from 10:00 a.m. to service time. Burial in Sutherland Park Cemetery.
