Phyllis Y. Taylor, age 81, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Tuesday December 10, 2019. Phyllis was born March 24, 1938.
Funeral Service for Phyllis will be held, 12:00 pm, Saturday, December 21, 2019, at Emmanuel Missionary Baptist Church, 4958 Ribble Road, Indianapolis, Indiana, with visitation from, 10:00 am until time of service at 12:00 pm, all taken place at the Church.
