Randal Lee Parton

Randy is survived by his wife Marilyn Parton; children Sarah Parton, David Parton and Angela Parton; step-children Christopher Werth and Steven Werth; his siblings Virgil Parton, Diana McCreary, Susie Martin, and Lowell Parton; 14 grandchildren; and many cousins, aunts and uncles. He is predeceased by his parents Virgil and Mary Parton, his sister Barbara Adams and his son Christopher Parton.

Randy was a savvy restaurateur, running several businesses during his life including a successful Pizza King. He was always working on a project around the house such as raising chickens or building a pool. He loved his dogs. He played and collected guitars. He loved to sing for his family songs from James Taylor, John Denver and the Beatles.

Randy Parton’s memorial service will be held at Crown Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery on Thursday, March 27, 2025. Visitation is 10:00 am - 12:00 pm. A service will be held at 12:00 pm with a graveside ceremony to follow. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

A visitation for Randal will be held Thursday, March 27, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Crown Hill Funeral Home & Cemetery, 700 W. 38th St., Indianapolis, Indiana 46208, followed by a funeral service at 12:00 PM.
