Randy graduated from Greenbrier Elementary School and Westland Middle School before earning his diploma from North Central High School in the Class of 1985. He later graduated from a Technical Institute.
Randy worked for Opex Corporation for over twenty years and then for IndyGo for several years before joining Toyota Prolift.
He began bowling with his father at the age of 15 and continued this passion throughout his life. Randy also developed a love for motorcycles, camping, fishing, and playing darts.
Randy is survived by his wife, Denise Mitchell; his son, Joshua André Mitchell; daughter-in-law, Anissa their son GIDEON; his son, Vincent P. Collier. He was preceded in death by his parents, William E. Mitchell and Elnora Mitchell, and his sister, Jeanine Dillard.
Randy also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, grandchildren, friends, and relatives.
A Celebration of Life for Randy will be held Sunday, May 4, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Crown Hill Funeral Home & Cemetery, 700 W. 38th St., Indianapolis, Indiana 46208.
