Rev. Dr. T.L. Hines, Jr. 62 Of Indianapolis Passed away on Friday, August 14, 2009. He retired on March 31, 1995 from United Parcel Services (UPS) after 25 years of service. Dr. Hines faithfully serviced as Pastor of the Bethany Missionary Baptist Church for 23 years and as Pastor Emeritus for one year and three months. His survived by his devoted wife of 36 years Wanda Steel Hines, four daughters, Cheryl Scisney (William) and Shannon Moore, Nikki Hines of Louisville, KY, Nanci Stewart (Pastor Chris Stewart) of Birmingham, AL, two aunts Hattie Hines, Josephine Washington both of Madisonville, KY, four sisters, Katherine Hines, Arletta Anthony of Gary, IN, Minnie Martin and Phyllis Garrett, two brother-in-laws, Allen E. Martin and John H. Williams, sister-in-law, Norma J. Steele of Lexington, KY and 13 grandchildren. Services will be held on Saturday, August 22, 2009, 11 A.M. at Bethany Missionary Baptist Church, 3101 East Raymond. Visitation will be held on Friday, August 21, 2009 from 5 P.M. to 9 P.M. and on Saturday, August 22, 2009 from 9 A.M. until the time of service at the church. Entombment in Crown Hill Cemetery.
