Richard Lee Nolan

Richard Lee Nolan, of Avon Indiana, passed away on May 3, 2024. He was 78 years old. Richard was born on July 3, 1945, to Ernie Wilbur Nolan and Mary Christine Pelletier. Richard never met a stranger. He was a loving partner, dad, grandpa, and Marine. He was a lover of cars, antiques, motorcycles, fishing, and all the famous Hoosier delicacies; tomatoes, morels, corn, and tenderloins! He was a notorious haggler. Richard is so loved and will be missed by many. He leaves to cherish his memory to his loving partner Sara Bowman, his son Ryan (daughter in law Ashley) Nolan, his daughter Virginia Halverson, half-sister Jackie Nelson, and two grandsons Cayden and Brandon Nolan. He is preceded in death by his parents Ernie Wilbur Nolan and Mary Christine Pelletier. Funeral Services for Richard will be held at Crown Hill Funeral Home on Thursday, May 16th at 2PM, with visitation starting at 12PM. Enter through 34th street gate, and drive straight up the hill to the Gothic Chapel.
