63, of Indianapolis, passed away August 5, 2014. He is survived by his wife; Vicki, children; Jeff (Terri), Kristi (Brian) Terrell, Brandy (Ryan) Miller and Sara Parks, brothers; Carrell (Suzanne) and Harvey Parks, sister; Marilyn Perry, grandchildren; Mitchell, Wesley, Rivers and Novalee, and good friends; Steve and Jeff Dewey. Richard was preceded in death by his sons Gregory and Jonathan. Richard worked at Republic Services for 34 years and will be missed by many friends and family.
