Bob is survived by his children: Jessica (Jason) Ruffin, Robert (Kendra) Freeman, Jr., Amanda (TJ) Freeman, Jacklyn Essex and Brian Freeman, mother: Jean Spinks, sisters: Debbie Masters and Lou (Roger) Crum, brother: Bill Freeman, 13 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his father: William Freeman, step-father: Paul Spinks, and sister: Susie Epperson.
A memorial visitation for Robert will be held Friday, September 29, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Family Funeral Care-Rockville West, 5791 Rockville Rd, Indianapolis, Indiana 46224, followed by a memorial service at 6:00 PM.
