Robert Louis Jackson Sr.

Robert was born in Wanamaker, IN to Louis F. and Ruby M. Jackson of Indianapolis, IN on July 6, 1939. He graduated from Arsenal Technical High School and married Donna May Jones on August 31, 1958.

He was a typesetter for Typographical Services for many years and went on to own his own printing company, Jackson Printing, Inc.

He was involved in Lion’s Club, was president of the Lion’s Club, and received several distinguished service awards over the years. He was president of the Homeowner’s Association of the Paddock at Stable Chase and was a volunteer fireman for many years.

Robert is preceded in death by his parents, one brother, and a son, Robert Jr.

Robert is survived by his wife, Donna Jackson of 67 years, Daughter, Debbie (Greig), son, Steven (Tammie), sister, Mary, Grandchildren Brandi, Lauren, Aaron, Samantha, and Hanah, Caitlin, and Connor. Great Grandchildren, Logan, Alexis, Morgan, Grant, Joel, Lyla, Lydia, and Eloise.

Visitation will be from 10am to 12pm at Little & Sons, 4901 East Stop Eleven Road, Indianapolis, IN 46237 with services to follow at Little & Sons. A burial will be held at the Memorial Park Cemetery, 9350 East Washington St., Indianapolis, IN 46239, following the services.
