Remembering the day and place that purely by chance, Russ' path crossed mine, Tracy Hostetter's, and TJ's in the airport while waiting on delayed flight to Orlando for the Daytona 500 the year Dale Earnhardt got killed. We all sat in the bar and then our paths separated until the flight home. But Russ and TJ connected for life and eventually came together. We spent a number of trips and times together. Russ was never in a bad mood. He was always fun to be around, even as our paths grew apart as priorities changed. But his hear never changed. A good man, gone to be with God much too soon. Prayers to TJ, Clayton, and Garrett.

Russ was an exemplary employee and he will be truly missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with Russ's family in this difficult time.

Russ was a great employee and will be greatly missed by all that worked beside him.  The construction industry lost a great one on Saturday. My thoughts and prayers to the entire Eshleman family during this time.
