She was born and lived in Michigan until she married Jeff Slaughter in 1970 when she moved to Indianapolis.
She was active with Meridian Street United Methodist Church, was a sustaining member of the Junior League of Indianapolis, and was a graduate of Butler University. She worked as a legal secretary and also had a successful invitation preparation business.
She is survived by her husband, Jeff Slaughter, her two daughters, Nicole Hague and Whitney Mannion, along with their families.
Funeral services will be held at Crown Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery on Tuesday, July 18, 2023 at 11:00A with calling starting at 9:00A.
