74, of Indianapolis, passed away February 3, 2021 at home surrounded by her loving family. Sandi was born August 13, 1946 in Orlando, Florida the daughter of the late Robert E. and Thelma Lee. She had worked for RCA and Herff Jones for many years. Sandi is survived by her long time companion: Stephen Belair, children: Parker (Lori) Webster, Rosie (Jason) Gower and JoAnn (Michael) Westrick, daughter-in-law: Katrina Marsh, 9 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. She is preceded in death by her husband: Larry Webster, son: Cory Marsh and one great grandchild. Sandi will have a committal service at Family Funeral Care on Saturday, February 6, at 2:00 pm with a private family gathering from 1:00 pm until time of service. Burial will take place at Crown Hill Cemetery later in the day on Saturday, February 6. Memorial contributions for Sandi should be made to Fellowship in Christ Church or to a charity of your choice.
