32, of Indianapolis passed away on July 9, 2017. She was born November 29, 1984 in Indianapolis. Sarah is survived by children Makayla, Christopher and Elijah Hause, father David Hause, sister Brooke Hause, brother Michael Hause, grandparents Jim and Margaret Maddox, Norma Bunch. She is preceded in death by her mother Theresa Ann Maddox. Funeral services will be Friday July 21 at 1 pm at Feeney-Hornak Shadeland Mortuary with calling starting at 11 am.
