Stephanie Marie Ray

Stephanie Marie (Breeden) Ray, 37, of Indianapolis, passed away unexpectedly at Community Hospital South. She was born March 16, 1981 in Indianapolis the daughter of Stanley and Lisa Marie (Gavin) Breeden. She attended St. Simon Catholic School from Kindergarten through the 8th grade and then graduated from Scecina Memorial High School where she was a cheerleader. She attended Hanover College in Hanover, Indiana and graduated from IUPUI with a Bachelor’s degree. She was a Sales Support Specialist with Arrow Container in Indianapolis. She was very active with her 3 children, serving as a Room Mother, Girl Scout Troop Leader, Softball Mom, and many other activities with her children. Whatever the kids or her husband Ryan needed she was always there. She is survived by her husband, Ryan Paul Ray; children, Abigail Marie Ray, Avery Brooklyn Ray and Nathan Patrick Ray; her parents, Stanley A. Breeden and Lisa Marie Breeden; her brothers, John Breeden and Jason Breeden; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 5333 E. Washington St., Indianapolis, IN 46219. Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM until 8:00 PM, with a Rosary Service at 7:30 PM on Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at Feeney-Hornak Mortuary-Shadeland, 1307 N. Shadeland Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46219. Entombment will be in Washington Park East Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Riley Hospital for Children, 705 Riley Hospital Dr., Indianapolis, IN 46202.
