He is survived by his sister Peggy Kennedy and his daughter Nikki.
Steven is preceded in death by his parents Edward and Helen Sagers; his brother Eddie Joe and sisters Sandy and Connie.
Steven attended Manuel High School and served in the United States Air Force as a sergeant for four years during Vietnam. His career in controls started at Honeywell and on to Jackson Controls for 30 years.
