Terry Leon Smith

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles David Smith and Dorothy Irene (Emery) Smith, as well as his siblings, Larry David Smith and Charles Corbet Smith.

Terry is survived by his siblings, Darlena Gaines and Dennis Wayne Smith, who will cherish his memory.

Terry will be laid to rest at Memorial Park Cemetery in Indianapolis.

Funeral arrangements are being handled by Feeney Hornak Shadeland Mortuary.
