Vicky Ann Dugan McGraw passed away peacefully Sunday, March 5th. Vicky was born July 17, 1942, in Indianapolis to Laverne (Barnaby) and Donald Dugan, who preceded her in death. She was a 1960 graduate of George Washington High School, Vicky worked for over 40 years for Indianapolis Public Schools, retiring in 2017. Following her retirement, she spent her time doing what she loved most, breakfasts, lunches, and card games with treasured friends and family.
Vicky was a devoted mother to Patty McGraw and Annette McGraw. She is survived by many loving cousins and extended family members including Matthew McGraw (Stacy) and Mary McGraw (Steve) and their children Charlie, Mallory, Henry, and Maren. A visitation will be held 4-8 p.m., Wednesday, March 8, 2023. Funeral service on Thursday, March 9, 2023, at 11 a.m., all services will be held at Crown Hill Funeral Home, 700 W. 38th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46208.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Association or the American Diabetes Association in Vicky’s memory
