Victoria "Vicki" Williams 65, of Indianapolis, passed away on October 8, 2009. Services will be held on Thursday, October 15, 2009, 11 AM Jones Tabernacle AME Zion Church. Friends may call on Wednesday, October 14 from 5 PM to 8PM at New Covenanct Church and from 10 AM until time of service on Thurs October 15 at Jones Tabernacle. Burial: Oaklawn Memorial Gardens.
