of Indianapolis, passed away March 3, 2014. She was a valued employee at Roche Diagnostics for 20 years. She then decided to make a huge change and left to follow her dream of opening her own nail salon, Personal Touch Salon of Carmel, Indiana.
She leaves to carry on her legacy of love her children, Lisa (Antonio) Berry and Duwayne (Kelly) Berry; her sister, Minnissa Vaughn; her brothers, Kenneth and Jeffery Shook; her good friends, Velinda Knox and Ester Hart; her four grandchildren; and a host of nephews, nieces, other extended relatives and friends.
