William "Bill" L Richardson

Bill was born in Indianapolis and graduated from Washington High School. He worked at Allison Transmission for 28 1/2 years. He was an Army Veteran and served on the Indianapolis Police Department earlier in his career. An avid sports fan, he was a golfer and loved the Indy 500, Indiana Hoosiers, Indianapolis Colts, and the Cincinnati Reds.

Bill is preceded in death by: Carolyn (Richardson) Duncan (sister), Mabel Richardson (mother), Fred Richardson (father), Griffin Baker (grandson), Xander Richardson (great grandson).

Bill is survived by: Kathleen Richardson (wife); Children - Jayme (Steve) Herrmann, William (Brooke) Richardson, James Richardson, Ryan (Maritza) Gerde.

Grandchildren - Andrea (Aaron) Richardson, Bailie Wright, Quinn Gerde, Alex Hoone, Mika Hoone, Cierra Richardson, Mercedes Warman, Adrianna Hostetler, Ashlyn Richardson, Makaylah Richardson. 3 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be June 23, 2023, from 4pm - 7pm, at Crown Hill Cemetery, with a brief military tribute at 6pm.
