He was a member of Barnes United Methodist Church. Mr. Neal was a member of VFW Post 249 and was retired from General Motors Truck & Bus. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife and two children.
He leaves to cherish his memory, children: Willie Neal Jr (Irma), Calvin Neal (Tanya), Garius Neal (Rene'), Kaye Ducksworth, Joyce Neal Stowers, Gladys Dale and Valerie Neal; siblings: Elma Neal, Beatrice Whitley, Thelma Neal and Berlin Peoples; 15 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends.
His visitation is Sat. Apr 18, 10am - 12p with the service at 12pm at Barnes UMC, 900 W. 30th St. The burial is at Crown Hill Cemetery.
