

Carol Jean Sullivan, 59, of Wagarville, went home to be with Jesus on April 19, 2016 at her residence. She was born September 4, 1956. She was employed at Fleming Rehab in Mobile and had also worked at Vanity Fair. She considered her employers as family and loved her job. She also authored a book entitled “Unaccountable” and loved spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed helping others and will be greatly missed by her family and many friends who loved her unconditionally. Preceding her in death were her father, Eugene Sullivan; brother, Coma Sullivan and grandparents, Coma and Estelle Bedwell and Lewis and Margaret Sullivan. She is survived by her mother, Eloys Sullivan of Wagarville; sisters, Janet (Wayne) Beasley, Julia (Terry) Moore, both of Millry; sister-in-law, Gail Sullivan of Irvington; nieces, Kimberly (Donald) Pitts, Carla (Anthony) McRae, Brandy (Jon) Dotson; nephews, Jason Beasley, Keelan (Dena) Moore, Kelvin (Megan) Moore; great nieces, Rachel Hodge, Alessandra Moore, Forress McRae; great nephews, Andrew Holifield, Jeremiah Dotson, Parker Sikes, Jairus McRae; uncle, Marvin (Alice) Bedwell; aunt, Stella Howard and three special friends, Tiffany Mixon, Madison Mixon and Layton Mixon. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Thursday, April 21, 2016 at Lathan Funeral Home in Jackson with Bros. David Goldman and Clifford Moore officiating. Visitation will begin two hours prior to the service. Interment will follow at Clearwater Assembly of God Church in Wagarville with Lathan Funeral Home directing. Pallbearers will be Jason Beasley, Keelan Moore, Kelvin Moore, Justin Hodge, Jon Dotson, Andrew Holifield, Anthony McRae and Ryan Sullivan.
