Maurice Wilson Parrish

Maurice W. Parrish, age 93, passed away July 18, 2016. She was born May 9, 1923 to Mack and Bertha Wilson. She had worked as a city clerk for the city of Jackson. Mrs. Parrish is survived by her son, Burt (Claire) Parrish of Pratville; special nephew, Stan (Shelia) Wilson and daughter Nina of Jackson; special niece, Donna (Ronnie) Turner and daughters Amy & Regina of Jackson; grandchildren, David Parrish of Arlington, VA and Margaret (Russell) Murdock of Prattville; great grandchildren; Anna Claire and Marlee Murdock of Prattville. She is predeceased by her husband, Frank E. Parrish; three brothers and three sisters. Funeral Service for Mrs. Parrish will be Friday, July 22, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Lathan Funeral Home, Jackson with visitation for one hour prior.
