Ralph Lee Foster

Ralph Lee Foster, 75, of Wagarville entered into rest, Friday, February 27, 2015, at his home. Funeral services will be Monday, March 2, 2015 at 11:00 am at Wagarville Baptist Church. Visitation will be one hour prior. Interment will follow at Wagarville Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. John Shiver will officiate. A native and lifelong resident of Wagarville, Mr. Foster was born Sunday, July 16, 1939 to the late Howard & Liza Parnell Foster. He retired in 2001 from Searcy Hospital as a Maintenance Supervisor and was a member of Wagarville Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Edwina Foster, five children, Susan Parnell (Stan) of Sunflower, Nancy Tarver (Otis), Kathy Powell (Roger), Curtis Foster (Kathy Jo) all of Wagarville, and Carla Tate (Cory) of Chatom, a brother, Sam Foster of Wagarville, eleven grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren. Pallbearers include Tony Tarver, Keith Tarver, Justin Allen, Wesley Allday, Daniel Byrd, and Lee Anderson. Honorary pallbearers include Jonah Jones, Bill Casto, Billy Lankford, Terry Allen, Otis Tarver, James Booth, Bubba Carpenter, Dr. Steve Donald, and Shane Rush.
