Sarah McIntyre Pugh

Sarah McIntyre Pugh, 56, of Jackson, passed away July 13, 2015 at her residence in Jackson. She was born November 9, 1958. A retired Certified Nursing Assistant with Searcy Hospital, she was devoted to her mother, Mildred McIntyre, with whom she lived and lovingly, devotedly attended her needs. She was preceded in death by her father, C.P. McIntyre. She is survived by her mother; children, Jessica (John) Grubbs and Ian (Laura) Pugh; siblings, Elaine Sheffield and Jim (Jacque) McIntyre; grandchildren, Avery Pugh, Mackenzie and Charlotte; nieces, Amanda Sheffield and Ashley McGuire; nephew, Joseph McIntyre and special friends, Ray Roberts and Barbara Raines. Funeral services will be Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at 3 p.m. at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church near Coffeeville, with the Rev. John Gillis officiating. Visitation will begin two hours prior to the service at the church. Interment will follow at Griffin Chapel, with Lathan Funeral Home directing.
