

Betty gave her life to Jesus Christ as a child and remained a strong believer for the rest of her life. She always made sure that she became a member of the United Methodist Church wherever she took up residence. She and Gary joined Springridge United Methodist Church shortly after they moved to Mississippi in 2002.
She married R.J. (Jerry) Creamer, Jr. in 1947. They had 3 children. She was devastated when he passed in 1974. She was blessed to find love a second time when she married Gary Ingvardsen in 1978, only to face great loss again when he passed in 2021.
She was a member of The Order of the Eastern Star for 69.9 years. She held a Life Membership in Maple Chapter #218, Kelso, Washington, and a current membership in Clinton Chapter #342, Clinton, Mississippi. She was a Past Matron of both chapters, a Past Deputy Instructor in Washington, and a Past Grand Representative of Washington in Mississippi.
She is survived by her children, Jerry L. Creamer of West Virginia, Barbara Broussard (John) of Louisiana, and Diane Creamer of Raymond, Mississippi, who has been her companion and caregiver since 2019. Her sister Marie Speich (Bill) of Texas; 7 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, and many, many friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and both husbands; 2 brothers, Benjamin and Oren, 2 sisters, Mary Evelyn and Ann; her beloved first grandchild, Charles W. Davis, Jr., and other family members.
Betty was loved by many people and will be missed however, we can be certain that she is at peace now.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 31, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. in Springridge United Methodist Church, 1083 Davis Road, Terry, Mississippi.
Inurnment will take place in the future.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Grand Chapter of Mississippi for the ESTARL fund. A scholarship program to help future religious leaders.
